Payments & Invoices

View your payment history, download invoices, and understand payment processors and billing details.

Payment history

Navigate to Account → Payments to see a complete record of all your transactions. Each entry shows:

Filtering payments

Use the filters to narrow your payment history by:

  • Payment processor — Show only Stripe, PayPal, or other processor payments
  • Type — One-time purchases vs. recurring subscriptions
  • Frequency — Filter by billing cycle

You can also export your payment history as CSV or JSON.

Invoices

Click the invoice link on any payment to open a printable invoice page. The invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Your billing details (name, address, tax ID)
  • Cool Popup company details
  • Line items with plan name, frequency, and price
  • Tax breakdown (if applicable)
  • Total amount and payment processor

Use the Print button to save the invoice as a PDF or send it to a printer.

Billing information

Your billing details (name, address, country, tax ID) are pulled from your account settings. To update them, go to Account → Settings → Billing tab.

If you're billed through Shopify, your payment history in Cool Popup shows Shopify-processed transactions. Detailed billing management is available in your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing.

Canceling a subscription

To cancel a recurring subscription, go to Account → Plan and click Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the current billing period ends, then your account reverts to the free plan.

Canceling does not issue a refund for the current period. Your plan features remain active until the expiration date.
