How the referral program works
Cool Popup offers a referral program that rewards you for bringing new paying customers to the platform.
Get your referral link
Navigate to Referrals in the dashboard. Your unique referral link is displayed at the top of the page — click the copy button to grab it.
Share the link
Share your referral link through any channel — social media, email, blog posts, or direct messages. When someone signs up using your link, they're tracked as your referral.
Earn commissions
When a referred user upgrades to a paid plan, you earn a percentage commission on their payment. The commission rate depends on your plan.
Request a payout
Once your approved commissions reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout from the referrals page.
Referral dashboard
Your referral dashboard shows four key metrics:

| Total referrals | Number of users who signed up through your link |
| Converted referrals | Referrals who upgraded to a paid plan |
| Pending commissions | Earnings awaiting approval |
| Approved commissions | Earnings available for withdrawal |
Below the metrics, a table lists all your commissions with amounts, status (pending/approved), and dates.
Commission details
- Commission rates vary by plan — higher-tier plans may offer higher referral percentages
- Commissions are calculated on the payment amount after any discounts or taxes
- There is a minimum withdrawal amount before you can request a payout
- Payouts are processed manually by the Cool Popup team
You can also customize your referral key in Account → Settings under the General tab.
Public affiliate page
Cool Popup also has a public-facing affiliate page (accessible from the main website) that explains the program to potential affiliates and invites them to sign up.
