Choosing a plan

Cool Popup offers multiple plans that scale with your needs. Each plan sets limits on:

• Number of campaigns
• Number of notifications per campaign
• Monthly notification impressions
• Number of custom domains
• Number of teams and team members
• Available notification types
• Available notification handler types
• Advanced features (white label, custom branding, email reports, etc.)

Visit the Plan page in your dashboard to compare all available plans and their feature sets.

Billing frequencies

Paid plans are available in multiple billing cycles. Longer cycles offer progressively larger discounts:

Free plan

Cool Popup includes a free plan with basic limits. It's a great way to get started and test the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Trials

Some plans offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the plan's features. If you don't upgrade before the trial expires, your account reverts to the free plan.

Upgrading or changing plans

To upgrade, navigate to Account → Plan and click Upgrade or Renew. You'll be taken to the checkout page where you can:

1. Select a billing frequency
2. Apply a discount code (if you have one)
3. Choose a payment processor
4. Complete the purchase

Shopify billing

If you connected Cool Popup through the Shopify App Store, billing is managed through Shopify's payment system. See Shopify Billing for details on how Shopify-managed plans work.

Discount codes

Enter a discount code on the checkout page to apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount. Codes are validated in real time and the adjusted price is shown before you confirm.

Redeeming a code

If you received a redemption code (e.g., from a promotion or AppSumo deal), go to Account → Redeem code, select the plan, and enter your code.
