Email Collector
Collect visitor email addresses with a customizable opt-in form, agreement checkbox, and thank-you redirect.
The Email Collector notification displays an opt-in form that captures visitor email addresses. It supports a name field, agreement checkbox, and a configurable thank-you redirect or message. Collected emails are available in the Data tab for export or integration with your email marketing tools.
Main tab fields

| Title message | The headline displayed above the form. Supports <span> HTML with inline styles and Spintax. |
| Description message | Supporting text below the title. Same HTML and Spintax support. |
| Name placeholder | Placeholder text inside the name input field (e.g., "Your name"). |
| Email placeholder | Placeholder text inside the email input field (e.g., "Enter your email"). |
| Button text | Label for the submit button (e.g., "Subscribe", "Get Updates"). |
| Show agreement | Toggle to display a consent checkbox before submission. |
| Agreement text | The consent label text (e.g., "I agree to the Privacy Policy"). |
| Agreement URL | Link attached to the agreement text, typically pointing to your privacy policy. |
| Thank you URL | URL to redirect visitors to after successful submission. Leave empty to show a default thank-you message. |
Data tab
The Data tab stores all collected email submissions. You can view, search, and export entries. Each entry records the visitor's name (if provided), email address, and submission timestamp.
Customize colors

Use cases
- Newsletter signups — Grow your mailing list by capturing emails from engaged visitors.
- Lead magnets — Offer a free resource in exchange for an email address.

- Gated content — Require an email to access premium content or downloads.
If you need to collect additional data beyond name and email, use the Request Collector type instead — it includes a free-text input field.
