Analytics Overview

Track impressions, clicks, hovers, and form submissions across all your campaigns and notifications.

Global statistics

The Statistics page gives you an aggregate view of all notification performance across your campaigns. You can see totals and trends for:

  • Impressions — How many times notifications were displayed to visitors
  • Clicks — How many times visitors clicked on a notification
  • Hovers — How many times visitors hovered over a notification
  • Form submissions — How many times visitors submitted data through collector-type notifications

Using the statistics dashboard

Date range

Use the date range picker at the top to filter data by time period. Select a preset range (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, etc.) or choose custom start and end dates.

Charts

An interactive chart visualizes your selected metrics over time. Hover over data points to see exact values for each day.

Reset statistics

Click the Reset statistics button to clear all historical data. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

Resetting statistics deletes all tracking data across all campaigns. This cannot be reversed.

Campaign-level statistics

For per-campaign metrics, open a campaign and switch to the Statistics tab. This shows the same metrics filtered to that specific campaign.

Notification-level statistics

Each individual notification also has its own Statistics tab showing data specific to that widget — useful for comparing the performance of different notification types or configurations.

Requirements

Statistics tracking must be enabled in your notification settings. If you've excluded certain IPs in Account → Preferences → Tracking, visits from those IPs won't be counted.
