Request Collector

Collect visitor requests or messages with a structured form including title, description, and free-text input.

The Request Collector notification presents a structured form with a content section and a free-text input field. It's ideal for collecting feature requests, questions, or any open-ended visitor input. Submissions are stored in the Data tab.

Main tab fields

Notification nameInternal label for your reference. Not shown to visitors.
Title messageThe main headline of the popup. Supports <span> HTML and Spintax.
Description messageSupporting text below the title. Same HTML and Spintax support.
ImageOptional image displayed in the popup.
Image alt textAccessibility text for the image.
Content titleA secondary heading within the form content area.
Content descriptionAdditional descriptive text within the form content area.
Input placeholderPlaceholder text inside the free-text input field (e.g., "Type your request...").
Button textLabel for the submit button (e.g., "Send", "Submit Request").
Show agreementToggle to display a consent checkbox before submission.
Agreement textThe consent label text.
Agreement URLLink attached to the agreement text.
Thank you URLURL to redirect visitors to after submission. Leave empty for a default thank-you message.

Data tab

The Data tab stores all collected submissions. Each entry records the visitor's input text, timestamp, and any agreement consent status.

Customize colors

For simple email collection without a text input, use the Email Collector type instead.
